How much scarier would that figure be if a faked clip purporting to show Obama admitting to this were to be circulated? Bearing in mind that a significant chunk of the US population still believe Saddam Hussein was involved in 9/11, despite there being not a shred of evidence to support this, it's not inconceivable that the more, shall we say, <i>credulous</i> voter could be swayed by clips such as these - even if they were to be immediately discredited, it's certainly plausible that the damage could be done...
